  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

How to Make Starchy Cake?

  1. Place the eggs you are holding at room temperature in a bowl and whisk them by adding sugar.
  2. Then add milk and oil and keep whisking. Add the baking powder, vanilla and lemon rind.
  3. Mix well by adding starch to the mixture. Make sure have a more liquid viscous cake than classic cakes.
  4. Transfer the prepared cake mixture to the greased cake mold. Cook an average of 40-50 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 degrees.
