  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2.5 cups of flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla

For the filling:

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 packs powdered whipped cream
  • 1.5 cups of cold milk

How to Make Mole Cake Recipe?

  1. Add 3 eggs and 1 cup of sugar into a large bowl, and stir until stiff.
  2. Add a half cup of sunflower oil and 1 cup of milk and beat for a while.
  3. Add 1 pack of baking powder and 1 pack of vanilla. Add 2.5 cups of flour and 3 tablespoons of cocoa and mix with spatula.
  4. Pour the cake mixture into the round oven mold you grease with butter. Bake in a preheated 175 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
  5. To prepare the cream; pour 2 packets of powder cream in a bowl and whisk with 1.5 cups of cold milk.
  6. Remove the baked cake from the oven and let it cool down.
  7. Carefully remove the top of the cake with the knife and flatten it. Then, divide into 4 pieces with the help of the knife without getting too deep and carefully remove the parts.
  8. Carve the internal parts out with a spoon, leaving a few centimeter from the edge.
  9. Peel the bananas and carefully place them on the base of the cake. Then cover with a whipped cream.
  10. Sprinkle the cake crumbles over the top evenly. Chill the cake in refrigerator for at least 3 hours and serve by slicing.
