Ingredients for Mini Mole Cake Recipe

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tea cup of milk
  • 1/2 tea cup oil
  • 2 heaping tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 1.5 cups of flour


  • 2 packs of whipped cream
  • 1.5 cups of cold milk
  • 2 bananas

How to Make Mini Mole Cake?

  1. Prepare the cream for the inner filling. Whisk 1.5 cups of cold milk and 2 packs of cream with a mixer. Refrigerate the cream that you have prepared.
  2. For cakes, beat the eggs and sugar for 5 minutes with a mixer. Then add the other ingredients and mix well, now our cake dough is ready.
  3. Place the greaseproof paper onto the bottom of a rectangular baking tray and pour the mixture of cake you have prepared. Cook in pre-heated 180 degrees oven for about 20 minutes.
  4. After baking, remove from the oven and let it warm up. Cut your cake round with a round cutting die.
  5. Set the remaining cake pieces aside to cool down.
  6. Place the cream in a piping bag and squeeze it slightly over each piece of cake you cut round.
  7. Slice the bananas round and place them on top of round cake pieces.
  8. Spray the cream on the bananas again.
  9. Crumble the remaining pieces of cake that you have put aside to cool down.
  10. Cover the creamy cake with the crumbs, and refrigerate.
  11. Serve after holding in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
